Types of Tinnitus

Subjective Tinnitus

This type of tinnitus can be heard by the person having Tinnitus. It can be caused by problem in Outer Ear, Middle Ear, and Inner ear, Auditory Nerve or Auditory Pathways.

Objective Tinnitus

Tinnitus can be perceived by the person having problem as well as the person standing or sitting next to the person having problem. Common causes of this type of tinnitus are problem in Blood Vessels, Middle ear or may be because of Middle ear muscle contraction.
